YOUR ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES MEANS THESE OFFICIAL RULES FORM A BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT. SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OF THE SPONSOR AND OTHER PARTIES, THE WAIVER OF THE RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR A JURY TRIAL, AND A REQUIREMENT THAT MOST DISPUTES WILL BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION.

Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

The Caliwater and Ladera Resort Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Caliwater LLC, located at P.O. Box 103835, Pasadena, CA 91189-3835.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional segment to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 26, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on January 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Entry Period”).

5. How to Enter

Participants can enter the Giveaway by completing the following steps during the Entry Period:

Follow both Sponsor’s Instagram account (@drinkcaliwater) and Ladera Resort’s Instagram account (@laderaresort).
Like the official Giveaway post on Sponsor’s Instagram account.
Tag one (1) friend in the comments section of the Giveaway post.
Share the Giveaway post to your Instagram Stories and tag @drinkcaliwater.

Additional Rules:

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same Participant using different accounts will result in disqualification.
Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules will be disqualified.

Sponsor cannot guarantee receipt of entries and is not responsible for any technical issues preventing participation.

7. Prize Drawing

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted shortly after the close of the Entry Period by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. The potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram shortly after the drawing with redemption details.

7. Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will consists of:

A 3-night stay at Ladera Resort in St. Lucia, nestled between the iconic UNESCO World Heritage Site Pitons, with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea (ARV: $4,500).
A case of Caliwater and merchandise shipped to the Winner’s address (ARV: $500).

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.

Travel and lodging restrictions may apply. The Prize does not include airfare, meals, ground transportation, or any other expenses not explicitly stated. The Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, including income taxes, associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize.

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

9. General Conditions

If for any reason the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion.

10. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor’s website.

11. Winner’s List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Caliwater, P.O. Box 103835, Pasadena, CA 91189-3835.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

13. Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
