The Mojavi Mojito

  • 2 oz of Rum
  • 3 oz of Caliwater Watermelon
  • 1 oz of Organic Agave Syrup
  • 1 tbsp of Fresh Lime Juice
  • 10 Basil leaves, plus extra to garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Watermelon

Combine Watermelon, basil leaves and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Muddle until leaves are broken and fruit crushed. Fill shaker with ice, add rum and agave syrup. Shake until ice cold. Fill glass with ice, pour contents of shaker over ice. Top with Caliwater, gently stir and garnish with basil.
