The Cali Sunrise

  • 2 oz of Tequila or Mezcal
  • 3 oz of Caliwater Prickly-Pear
  • 3 oz of Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 oz of Bing Cherry Syrup
  • Orange Slice and Bing Cherry for garnish

Fill highball glass with ice, pour in Tequila, Caliwater and orange juice, stir. Slowly pour Bing Cherry syrup over the back of a spoon, allowing it to settle in glass. Garnish with orange slice and Bing Cherry.
